James A. Spangler, Executive Vice President of BKA was elected to a second consecutive term on the Board of the National Association of Environmental Professionals (NAEP) in Washington, D.C. for 1998 through the year 2002. As a board member he is responsible for developing and implementing policy for NAEP, the largest organization of environmental professionals in the United States. Mr. Spangler is also a founding member of the North Carolina Association of Environmental Professionals, to which he served as President from 1994 through 1997.
