He is an Environmental Project Manager responsible for technical project scoping, contract negotiation, contract management, and technical quality assurance. He is also Senior Scientist responsible for coordinating technical evaluations, including environmental assessments, ecological studies, threatened and endangered species surveys, environmental audits, flood studies, watershed studies, environmental planning studies, wetland assessments and permitting, NPDES permitting, and environmental policy studies.
